What happens if I cancel? Your account stays readable through the paid period. After a grace period syncing pauses; your configuration and history are retained for a further window, so re-subscribing picks up where you left off rather than starting over.

Do marketplaces count as separate brands? No - a brand's marketplaces share one connection slot.

Is the AI Workforce extra? No. It is included with every plan and runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription, so there are no usage fees from us.
