AMZ Vault and this website. AMZ Vault (amz-vault.com) is a product of, and operated under, The Burdz, LLC. References in this document to the “Website,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” include AMZ Vault and amz-vault.com, and this document governs your use of AMZ Vault to the same extent as the other properties it names.
This section applies specifically to AMZ Vault and supplements the policy above.
What we collect. When you connect your Amazon accounts by OAuth, AMZ Vault accesses data through Amazon’s Selling Partner API and Amazon Advertising API: order, settlement, fee, inventory, listing, traffic and advertising performance data for the accounts you authorize, plus any cost (COGS) figures you enter yourself.
How we use it. Solely to provide the AMZ Vault service to you - building your profit & loss views, advertising analytics, automations you configure, and responses to AI tools you invoke. We do not sell your Amazon data, and we do not share it with third parties except the subprocessors that host and operate the service.
We do not train AI models on your Amazon data. Data retrieved from your Amazon accounts is used to answer your requests and power your account’s features. It is not used to train ours or anyone else’s machine-learning models.
Storage and retention. Your Amazon data is stored encrypted at rest and scoped to your account. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to sync the accounts you connected. Disconnecting an account stops its syncs; you may revoke AMZ Vault’s authorization at any time from Amazon’s console. If your subscription ends, syncing pauses and we retain your account’s stored data for 90 days so resubscribing restores your history; after that window the account and its data become eligible for deletion. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see below).
Deletion and export. On request to cancel@amz-vault.com, we will delete your account and its stored Amazon data, provide an export of the data you entered (such as COGS history), or both - whichever you ask for. We confirm receipt of deletion and export requests within 2 business days, and complete them within 30 days.
