Questions

Which AI accounts work?

Claude on any plan, including the free plan, which allows one custom connector. ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise with Developer Mode (custom connectors are not available on ChatGPT Free). Anything else that speaks MCP with OAuth works too.

Do I need an Amazon seller account?

No. The free tier only needs an email. AMZ Vault itself is a profit and advertising platform for Amazon sellers, and Video Director is one of its tools; a trial opens the rest.

Is my footage private?

Uploads go to a private rendering engine that only AMZ Vault can reach. Nothing is published anywhere; share links are signed and expire. Free-tier uploads and renders are deleted after 24 hours.

What happens after my 3 videos?

Edits, frames and contact sheets keep working, and so do any of your 12 draft previews you have not used, but finishing another video needs the 14-day free trial (no card) or a subscription ($49 a month). Both are for the full AMZ Vault platform, not just Video Director: settlement-accurate profit, PPC management, listings, the AI workforce and every other tool, with Video Director included. The trial allows 2 finished videos a day at clean 1080p; subscribers are unlimited.

What does beta mean here?

The tools work and real videos ship from them every day, but we are still adding looks, strategies and polish, and a render occasionally needs a retry. Replies to any of our emails reach a person.
