Multiple marketplaces and currencies

A connection syncs all of its marketplaces. Two rules keep multi-marketplace numbers honest:

• One currency at a time. Money is never converted or summed across currencies - a EUR dashboard is EUR, a USD dashboard is USD. The currency selector switches views.
• Local days. Each marketplace buckets its days in its own local time, matching what that marketplace's Seller Central shows.

European decimal formats, VAT-inclusive prices, and regional API endpoints are handled automatically. History for non-primary storefronts backfills marketplace by marketplace, so a newly connected region may show recent data before deep history.
