When your assistant cannot reach AMZ Vault.

The assistant says the connection failed

Re-add the connector. In your AI client's connector settings, remove and re-add AMZ Vault, completing the sign-in flow again. This refreshes an expired authorization in under a minute.
Check who you signed in as. The connector acts as the AMZ Vault user who authorized it - a teammate's connector sees their permissions, not yours.

Tools answer with an upgrade message

Your trial or subscription has lapsed. Everything is saved; tools resume when billing is active - the message includes the direct link.

The assistant sees stale tool lists

AI clients cache tool lists per conversation. Start a new conversation to pick up newly released tools.

A staged change expired before you approved it

Chat-staged changes expire after 60 minutes; workforce-staged changes wait 72 hours. Expired proposals are shown in the changelog and are safe to re-stage - nothing partial ever executed.
