Workforce did not run

• The schedule lives in your AI client. Workforce check-ins run from scheduled tasks in Claude or ChatGPT. If those tasks were paused or deleted there, the workforce has no heartbeat - regenerate them from Workforce HQ's Team tab ("Suggest a schedule").
• Weekends off is a per-brand setting; a quiet Saturday may be configured, not broken.
• The Chief of Staff is required. Hiring any seat auto-hires the CoS - if you disabled it manually, the daily briefing stops.
• Check the Diagnostics tab in Workforce HQ - it shows every seat's cadence, last report, and next due time, and flags genuinely overdue seats.
• A stale schedule banner in HQ means the hired seats and the schedule have drifted apart - regenerate the schedule to fix in one click.

Usage limits can also pause work: if you ticked "Limit AI usage" in the workforce settings, heavy days stop early and catch up at the next check-in.
