Workforce quickstart

The AI Workforce is a roster of specialist seats - advertising analysts, inventory watchdogs, listing auditors, a Chief of Staff - that check your account on a schedule and stage their work for your approval. It runs inside your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription; AMZ Vault adds no per-task fees.

Setup

1. Connect Claude (how) or ChatGPT (how) first.
2. Open Workforce HQ in the app and hire seats on the Team tab - flip on the ones you want. The Chief of Staff joins automatically; it files your daily briefing.
3. Click Suggest a schedule and paste the setup prompt into Claude or ChatGPT. It creates the scheduled tasks - your team now runs even with your computer off. (In ChatGPT there is no per-task approval option - allow the AMZ Vault connector's actions in the connector's own settings so runs don't wait on you.)
4. Optionally give any seat your rules - thresholds, protected products, anything it should respect. Rules tune analysis; they never bypass your approval.

The daily rhythm

Seats check in on their cadences, read your live data, message each other across departments (stock warnings reach advertising before it raises a bid), and stage changes. You get one briefing from the Chief of Staff summarizing what happened, the decisions waiting, and the risks on a clock - and an approval queue where nothing executes without you.
