P&L - true profitability

Sales to net profit, per product and per day.

The P&L shows true profit: sales, promotions, refunds, Amazon fees, cost of goods, and ad spend, chained down to gross profit, contribution margin, and net profit - per product, per family, per day.

Reading the page

  • Period cards across the top summarize date ranges; click one and the table and Daily Trends chart follow it.
  • The table shows every product (child or parent grouping) with its own waterfall columns. Click a row for the drawer - the full waterfall scoped to that product, including its Sponsored Brands share.
  • "More" opens the account-level breakdown: itemized fee lines, refund detail, advertising by program, and indirect expenses.
  • Settled percentage: recent days include estimated fees until Amazon's settlement posts, and the page tells you how much of the period is settled cash truth. Estimates true up automatically.

Making it accurate

Two inputs are yours: unit costs (Products & COGS) and indirect expenses (add recurring or one-off costs from the breakdown panel). Everything else syncs from Amazon.

Every line chains: net revenue = sales + promotions - refunds; gross profit = net revenue - COGS; then fees, then advertising, then expenses. If a number surprises you, walk the chain.
