The weekly account review
A 30-minute routine that catches most problems while they are small.
Run this weekly, same day each week. With the AI Workforce hired, most of it arrives pre-analyzed in your daily briefings - this is the manual version, and the checklist the automation is built around.
1. Profit first (P&L, last 7 days vs prior 7)
Sales, net profit, and margin percent. A sales move with a bigger profit move means a cost changed - check fees and ad spend before touching anything else. Note the settled percentage: very recent days still carry estimated fees.
2. Advertising efficiency (PPC Cockpit)
Spend, sales, ACoS by ad type. One program drifting while others hold usually means a specific campaign, not a market shift - drill into Campaigns sorted by spend delta.
3. Search terms (KW Analysis)
Ten minutes: negation candidates (spend, no orders, enough clicks to judge) and harvest candidates (proven converters not yet targeted). Stage both; approve what makes sense.
4. Stock cover (Products / Inventory)
Anything under three weeks of cover deserves a decision this week - reorder, or plan the advertising wind-down deliberately instead of letting a stockout decide for you.
5. Changes from last week
Time Machine: did last week's bid and budget changes help? Revert what made things worse. This closing step is what makes the routine compound - every week teaches the next one.
